With more than 25 years of international experience across manufacturing, engineering, industrial maintenance, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations, Abubakr has built a distinguished career working with leading multinational organizations in Nigeria, the United States, and Canada, including Stanfrey Engineering Company, Krones West Africa, Guinness Cameroon, Reflexallen, Geodis, XPO Logistics, Honda, Agropur, Apotex, the City of Edmonton, and the Alberta Energy Regulator.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led equipment installation, preventive maintenance, warehouse operations, inventory control, quality assurance, and operational improvement initiatives, with expertise spanning production systems, material handling, logistics coordination, SAP-supported inventory management, and workplace safety.

He holds a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Sundance College in Canada. Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and ethical business leadership, Abubakr founded Babadodo with the vision of becoming one of Africa's leading producers and exporters of premium Halal poultry, supplying safe, hygienic, and ethically processed products across Africa, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

He believes successful businesses create lasting value by providing employment, supporting local communities, promoting sustainable agriculture, and operating with integrity, accountability, and excellence.

He has led the design and implementation of mission-critical digital solutions across healthcare, data analytics, data integration, and enterprise information systems, helping organizations develop scalable, secure, and high-availability technology platforms aligned with broader organizational objectives.

His expertise spans corporate strategy, digital transformation, data analytics, governance, risk management, technology strategy, and organizational scaling, translating complex technology and data challenges into practical business solutions.

As Technology & Strategic Advisor to Babadodo, he supports the Company's efforts to leverage modern technology and data-driven systems across supply chain management, farmer engagement, operational monitoring, financial reporting, traceability, and impact measurement.

She began her banking career with Bank of Antigua, later Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank, progressing through more than two decades to Branch Manager-level responsibilities, developing extensive experience in customer service, treasury operations, ATM administration, financial documentation, records management, and branch operations.

She has extensive knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Know Your Transaction (KYT) requirements, and experience supporting financial transactions, compliance processes, and confidential documentation. Since moving to Canada, she has continued building her expertise with organizations including TD Bank and World Financial Group.

Sharon holds a Legal Assistant Diploma from Sundance College, with additional skills in legal administration, document preparation, records management, and executive administrative support.

As Vice President of Administration & Corporate Affairs, Sharon provides strategic support in administration, corporate documentation, compliance coordination, and stakeholder relations, contributing to strong governance and operational excellence as Babadodo expands.

Throughout his career, Mr. Karunwi has worked with farmers, processors, entrepreneurs, MSMEs, development organizations, and other stakeholders to strengthen agricultural businesses, improve operational efficiency, expand market access, and develop commercially sustainable enterprises. His expertise includes agribusiness strategy, business planning, financial analysis, value-chain development, organizational planning, risk management, capacity building, and enterprise growth.

His experience across agricultural value chains, including food production and processing, provides valuable strategic insight for Babadodo as it develops an integrated and sustainable farm-to-market poultry value chain. He brings a strong understanding of farmer development, market linkages, business profitability, operational improvement, and food-system development.
